How to check your hair elasticity:

• If wet hair breaks quickly without stretching, it has low elasticity and may contain too much protein. Protein-free products are recommended.
• If hair stretches slightly and returns to its original shape, elasticity is balanced. Both protein and protein-free products can be used.
• If hair stretches significantly before breaking, it has high elasticity and may need additional protein.
